Do you sell Gift Vouchers?
Yes! Gift Vouchers can be made out for a treatment of your choice or to a dollar value and are valid for 6 months. We are very happy to send the voucher to you or to your chosen recipient, at no extra charge.
How far in advance should I book my appointment?
We can usually accommodate you within a few days but recommend booking a week or two ahead to ensure you get the appointment time and day that suits you best
What happens if I am running late?
If you are running late or cannot keep your appointment, please call or text us to let us know as soon as possible. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, it may be required to re-schedule your appointment.
I need to change my appointment – what should I do?
We ask that you kindly give us 24 hours’ notice where possible, so we can fill your appointment time.
What are my payment options?
We accept cash, cheque, eftpos/debit card and internet banking. Sorry we do not accept credit cards.
Do you belong to a beauty therapy association?
Yes! I belong to the New Zealand Association of Professional Beauty Therapists Inc. so you can be assured professional and ethical standards are always maintained. Only beauty therapists who are qualified to a certain standard are invited to join the association.
